How do I make payments to the florist?+
FloristHub has Stripe integration where you can pay florists securely and directly through the platform at checkout.
Can I message a florist before ordering?+
Yes, FloristHub includes a built-in messaging feature within the Florist page. This allows you to communicate directly with Florist to confirm details, ask questions, or coordinate delivery—all in one place.
What happens if my date isn’t available?+
